• Has depth of experience in paperless office solutions, and can "talk the talk" as well as "walk the walk."   Neophytes need not apply.

• Has an excellent grasp of a wide range of customer problems and a full array of solutions to these problems. 

• Is first and foremost a business person- not a techno geek.  They understand that their job is to help their customers to increase sales and increase profit margins by lowering their cost of doing business.

• Is an independent, stand-alone shop, usually in a growing geographic area.
